The agency has significantly reduced costs after e-hapa automated the process for volunteer applications, volunteer hours reporting, and client satisfaction surveys. All are tracked in a database that is available on the website. The site also includes a search engine and photo gallery.
The client makes their own edits to the site by using easy-to-use software. Therefore, some of the content on the site was not created by e-hapa.
